Led the HR integration workstream following a major acquisition that merged two logistics companies into a single 9,000-person enterprise. Oversaw a cross-functional portfolio spanning compensation, policies, internal comms, HR systems (Kronos/UKG/Dayforce), and cultural alignment. Helped develop and execute the change management strategy for both unionized and non-unionized teams, ensuring business continuity, minimizing risk, and supporting leadership through high-impact transitions.


Unlocking People & Systems Strategy for a Global Public Company

Fractional Chief People Officer | 400+ Employees | 4 Countries

Engaged by the CEO and CFO of a publicly traded parent company with a portfolio of internet-focused brands to unblock a stalled Dayforce implementation. Re-scoped the project to align with real business needs, surfaced $225K+ in sunk and avoidable costs, and introduced a clear evaluation framework to support executive decision-making.

Also led the redesign and relaunch of the Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP), building stakeholder buy-in and improving plan governance. Facilitated a strategic offsite with the Finance team to clarify roles, reduce friction, and align on how cross-functional teams work together.

Joined a global mining company’s Digital Analytics group during a period of significant transformation, supporting its evolution from a 700-person team into a global driver of digital innovation.

Led the HR workstream for Digital Analytics, spanning People, Change, Engagement, and Office Services. Provided strategic oversight of workforce planning, engagement, and change leadership as the organization modernized operations through digital transformation.

Also supported analysis of opportunities to commercialize internally developed intellectual property across a portfolio of proprietary mining software solutions.
